Here I am sharing my personal experience to lower my cholesterol i just use mixture of apple cider vinegar and garlic. Just take one crushed clove of garlic and mix it with one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar then add this mixture into one glass of water and drink it daily in the morning.
Garlic regulates the level of cholesterol and reduces LDL cholesterol and boost the level of good cholesterol level HDL. Apple cider vinegar been used for centuries to recover from illness and work as a cleaning agent.
